Event Description:
Meeting of the LISS (lichens in South East Scotland) group
Date: Tuesday July 4th
Time: starting at 10 am with the day finishing at approximately 15.30
Location: Posso Farm and Posso Craig
A return to this location for the LISS group to search for lichens new to the area and for people to work on improving their knowledge of the lichens present.
Highlights from the visits in 2022 included Caloplaca decipiens, Sarcogyne regularis, Cetraria aculeata, Cladonia bellidiflora, Lecanora orosthea, Mycoblastus sanguinarius, Schaereria cinereorufa & fuscocinerea, and Trapelia glebulosa.
