Across the UK, there are a series of excellent resources that have been developed to encourage people to explore a wide range of habitats important for their lichen flora. This catalogue of self-guided lichen trails contains inspiring walks stretching from the south-west of England to the northern tip of Scotland. The BLS hopes this serves as a point of inspiration to explore your local area or book your next holiday!
