General Description

Has an indistinct thallus, mostly immersed in wood, with tiny apothecia and is found on rotting wood in the Scottish Highlands, including stumps in felled plantations.

Not assessed and with few records, but the species is very inconspicuous and liable to be overlooked and has also been recorded in disturbed habitats.
